At TRION, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

We only offer replacements in the following situations:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The product received has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The wrong size was delivered by our team.

Replacement Conditions

  • Replacement requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Once the issue is verified, a replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost.

TRION reserves the right to reject replacement requests that do not meet the above conditions.
